Our Little Mission’s Kid!!

Call it bragging, call it being a proud parent or call it “a kick up the rear” for his Mum and Dad. Caleb certainly knows how to teach his Mum and Dad how easy it is to just come out and ask someone if they know Jesus. I love the “no fear of man” that our 6 year old has.
Caleb came home from school seeming quite troubled when I asked him how his day had been. I wish I had have taped my little conversation with him.
Caleb: Mum, my friend at school says she doesn’t know God and doesn’t want to go to Heaven.
Mum: How do you know that Caleb? Did she just come up to you and tell you that?
Caleb: No! Well, I know God is with me so I just wanted to know if God was with her and if she would also be going to Heaven, so I just went and asked her.
It was as simple as that. There was no fear, no embarrassment, no hesitation. He simply wanted to know if he would be seeing his friend in Heaven one day, so he went and asked her.
WOW!! It really is that easy isn’t it!! Bill and I were humbled to say the least.
