  • When Pop Came to Visit!

Reading Time With PopAlthough a 5 and half hour plane flight away, there was no way this Pop was going to let his grandkids move to the other side of the world without fitting in one more visit and play time with them. My Dad came to visit for 5 nights from Adelaide. He sweated, the kids sweated, they woke their Pop before the sun, they jumped on him, climbed on him and all the other things that only a grandkid could get away with in the eyes of their Pop.

Stuff That Grows When No-one is Watching!

We had thought we would have made the move to Canada come December 25th, so we had drastically downsized. Our special keepsake type decorations had already been shipped to Calgary, leaving us no other choice than to don our thinking caps and plan a tree like no other.

It started with a cardboard box…lots of sloppy green paint and some outside fun. The photo on the left is our finished product and boy did we get some comments. All feeling rather proud as a result I must admit.
